Sara Dining, our on-site restaurant located at Moraea Farm, delivers world-class dining experiences led by one of Australia’s most accomplished young chefs, formerly the youngest hatted chef in the country. Celebrating the finest produce, Sara Dining creates seasonal, local produce-driven menus. Open Thursday to Monday, bookings are essential.
Guests can enjoy in-residence dining, prepared by the Sara Dining team and served in the comfort of their accommodation – Pool Menu available soon.
Beautifully curated private dining experiences with a personal chef, are available by prior arrangement, offering a personalised in-residence culinary experience tailored exclusively for Linnaeus guests.

Guests staying in a Suite have access to exclusive in-home dining delivered from Sara Dining at Moraea Farm, complimentary electric vehicle transfers, and curated farm experiences including animal feeding encounters at Moraea Farm (subject to availability and prior arrangement with the concierge).
Are the suites suitable for one-night stays?
Yes. The Suites are available for one to three night short midweek stays, offering a more flexible alternative to full residence bookings.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request.
Do you offer *guest transfers or local transport?
Yes. Through our partnership with Volkswagen Group Australia, guests can enjoy all-electric transfers during their stay. Additional local transfers and curated journeys may also be arranged on request. *Charges may apply.
Where are the Linnaeus Collection properties located?
All properties are located in and around Berry, NSW, in the Southern Highlands and South Coast hinterland — approximately two hours south of Sydney. The collection includes Sara Dining, Linnaeus Farm, Moraea Farm, Rubus Green, Rubus Blue, Rubus Pink, Maple on Edward and Maple of Albert.
