The open-plan kitchen, dining and living space flows seamlessly to the heated plunge pool and covered entertaining deck, designed for relaxed gatherings and effortless indoor-outdoor living. A secondary lounge with wood-burning fireplace introduces intimacy within the clean architectural envelope.
Dining has been thoughtfully curated in partnership with Villeroy & Boch, with tableware selected to complement the residence’s contemporary material palette. These pieces form part of the home’s permanent collection for guest enjoyment throughout each stay.
Four ensuite bedrooms provide privacy and comfort, including a master suite featuring a freestanding bath and striking glass-lined daybed overlooking the neighbouring park, an architectural moment defined by light and openness.
When you stay with Linnaeus Collection you also have access to curated experiences at Moraea Farm, including animal feeding encounters available by prior arrangement with our concierge team, subject to availability.

Sara Dining, our on-site restaurant located at Moraea Farm, delivers world-class dining experiences led by one of Australia’s most accomplished young chefs, formerly the youngest hatted chef in the country. Celebrating the finest local produce, Sara Dining creates seasonal, produce-driven menus. Open Thursday to Monday, bookings are essential.

How many guests can each Rubus Residence accommodate?
Each Rubus Residence accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 ensuite bedrooms – 3 with king beds (which can be split to singles on request) and 1 with a queen bed.
Are there three separate Rubus Residences, or is it one property?
There are three individual residences – Rubus Pink, Rubus Blue, and Rubus Green – each architecturally identical but independently bookable. Groups needing more space can enquire about booking multiple residences together.
Does each Rubus Residence have a pool?
Yes, each residence features its own private heated round plunge pool, along with a covered outdoor entertaining deck with BBQ, built-in seating, and outdoor fans.
What is included in the stay at Rubus Residences?

Yes. Guests at Rubus Residences have access to exclusive in-home dining delivered from Sara Dining at Moraea Farm, electric vehicle transfers and curated farm experiences including animal feeding encounters at Moraea Farm (subject to availability and prior arrangement with the concierge).
Where are the Rubus Residences located and what is nearby?
Rubus Residences are located in Berry, NSW, within easy reach of Seven Mile Beach, the boutique shops along Queen Street Berry, and the wider South Coast. The town centre is walkable, making it easy to explore local restaurants, providores, and weekend markets.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request.
Do you offer *guest transfers or local transport?
Yes. Through our partnership with Volkswagen Group Australia, guests can enjoy all-electric transfers during their stay. Additional local transfers and curated journeys may also be arranged on request. *Charges apply.
Where are the Linnaeus Collection properties located?
All properties are located in and around Berry, NSW — approximately two hours south of Sydney. The collection includes Sara Dining, Linnaeus Farm, Moraea Farm, Rubus Green, Rubus Blue, Rubus Pink, Maple on Edward and Maple on Albert.
