About the properties
Our Maple Cottages sit on private blocks, side by side, and are a bold statement in contemporary-meets-classic architecture. They’re the perfect boutique holiday rentals for families, groups of friends, couples, small corporate getaways or family celebrations, and can be booked separately or together. Located in Berry, NSW South Coast.
Set just one street back from the hustle and bustle of Berry’s eclectic shopping strip with its vibrant clusters of boutiques, cafes and restaurants.
For families with young children, Maple is a couple of minutes walk from Berry’s acclaimed Boongaree Rotary Nature Play Park, which is packed with nature and sensory fun to suit all ages and abilities. Maple is also just 10 minutes drive through lush, rolling green paddocks to the Pacific Ocean and the long stretches of sand on renowned Seven Mile Beach. It’s quite simply the best ‘country meets the sea’ break away.
Linnaeus Collection knows bedrooms are important. It’s why each bedroom feels like a hotel suite, with 5 star beds dressed in Cultiver linens, their own ensuites featuring natural stone and custom vanities, TVs, wall mirrors, open-plan wardrobes and health-giving greenery.
The Master Guest Room upstairs has a dramatic pitched ceiling, an ensuite with a freestanding bath and a built-in daybed, the perfect spot to sit and unwind or maybe step out onto the balcony to breathe in some fresh Berry air.
When you stay with Linnaeus Collection you also have access to curated experiences at Moraea Farm, including animal feeding encounters available by prior arrangement with our concierge team, subject to availability.

Sara Dining, our on-site restaurant located at Moraea Farm, delivers world-class dining experiences led by one of Australia’s most accomplished young chefs, formerly the youngest hatted chef in the country. Celebrating the finest local produce, Sara Dining creates seasonal, produce-driven menus. Open Thursday to Monday, bookings are essential.
Guests can enjoy in-residence dining, prepared by the Sara Dining team and served in the comfort of their accommodation – Pool Menu available soon.
