As you drive through the stone entryway and the gates shut quietly behind you, Linnaeus Farm Berry invites you to make time, just for you. Slow the clock down and immerse yourself in the exclusivity of the entire farm prepared for your group alone.
Expansive 360 degree views of the rolling, green countryside dotted with cows, a dramatic escarpment and Saddleback Mountain beyond. This luxury farm property is a masterclass in high-end finishes and a minimalist, warm aesthetic.
There are separate entertaining areas, open-plan kitchen, living, dining areas, all flooded with natural light. Hand-made ceramics and bathroom tiles, oversized rain shower heads and a deep free-standing bath is a feature in one of the luxury bathrooms.
On the property, make use of the swimming pool, saunas, cold plunge, meditation hut, rolling grass for free play, hand sewn vegetable garden, fire pit and multi-use barn featuring infrared sauna.

Sara Dining, our on-site restaurant located at Moraea Farm, delivers world-class dining experiences led by one of Australia’s most accomplished young chefs, formerly the youngest hatted chef in the country. Celebrating the finest local produce, Sara Dining creates seasonal, produce-driven menus. Open Thursday to Monday, bookings are essential.
Guests can enjoy in-residence dining, prepared by the Sara Dining team and served in the comfort of their accommodation – Pool Menu available soon.

How many guests does Linnaeus Farm sleep?
Up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. Additional guests (up to four more, totalling 14) can be accommodated with prior approval – fees apply. Portable cots are available on request.
What wellness facilities are there?
Jamie’s Barn houses an infrared sauna, traditional hot rock steam sauna, cold plunge, yoga space, ping pong and a dining area. The property also has a heated meditation hut over the dam (bookable for private massage via the Concierge) and a resort-style pool with sun lounges and timber decking.
What’s on the grounds?
3.5 hectares of manicured countryside with 360-degree views to Saddleback Mountain. Highlights include a petanque and bocce court, kids’ treehouse and play area, multiple fire pits, an organic fruit and vegetable garden, a 90-tree olive grove, BBQ and balcony dining, and on-site EV charging.
What kitchens and dining are available?
Two fully equipped kitchens – one with induction, one with gas. Combined dining for up to 16 guests. Private chef experiences can be arranged through the Concierge.
Is Sara Dining available to guests?
Moraea Farm is home to Sara Dining, the culinary heart of the Linnaeus Collection. Set within the estate, Sara Dining offers immersive dining experiences shaped by seasonal produce and the rhythms of the farm. Private in property dining can be quoted upon request.
