Dining, With intention

Dining at Sara — Food as Recovery

At the heart of the Sleep Sanctuary Retreat is Sara Dining, led by chef Alex Prichard. Every meal during the retreat is designed with one purpose: to support your body’s recovery.

The menu is built around seasonal produce sourced directly from the organic gardens at Moraea and Linnaeus Farm, complemented by a network of exceptional local growers across the NSW South Coast. What arrives on your plate is not just beautiful, it is functional. Anti-inflammatory, gut-supporting, and calibrated to work alongside the retreat’s sleep and nervous system protocols.

This is farm-to-table dining with intention. The result is a dining experience that feels deeply connected to the land, the seasons, and the wider Berry community, and one that continues to support your recovery long after the last course.
