As well as a charming six bedroom, four bathroom cottage, it has a rustic, ivy-clad, fully furnished, fully provisioned and licensed commercial space which will operate as a restaurant for four days a week, from july 2024. Details
Broad, wrap-around verandahs welcome you to the cottage with its high ceilings, wide, timber polished floorboards and exposed brick walls. A crisp white-on white aesthetic is a breath of fresh air, warmed with lots of delicious textures in wall hangings, bed linen and fully upholstered furniture. You’ll find new pieces and old, comfy chairs to cosy up in and long timber tables inviting you to sit a while, unwind from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with nature.

In late 2024, Far Meadow Farm will become Moraea Farm after undertaking a makeover, Linnaeus Collection style. The cottage will become The Lodge at Moraea and be transformed into a delightful blend of luxury boutique-hotel meets sophisticated-country-home accommodation. Individuals or couples will enjoy their own beautifully appointed rooms and share with other guests the kitchen and living areas, the pool, outdoor fireplace, edible garden and the rest of this beautiful property. The Lodge will sit happily beside the dine-in, fully licensed restaurant/café which will serve the freshest, seasonal produce, in celebration of the diversity of fruit, vegetables and variety of meats and poultry raised locally.
But until then, this very special property will continue to be available for holiday rental, small location hire, elopements and corporate retreats.
