Think of it as your personal host — available to arrange everything from in-house massages and private dining to horse riding, wine tours and outdoor adventures, so you can focus on enjoying your stay.
How do I book a concierge experience?
Most experiences can be requested by contacting us directly or via the enquiry form. We recommend reaching out as early as possible — ideally before your arrival — to ensure availability, particularly for private dining, chef experiences, and off-site activities.
Are any concierge experiences included in the cost of my stay?
Yes. The Tour the Collection experience — a guided tour of the builds, gardens, style and development story behind the Linnaeus Collection, led by owner Peter — is included at no additional cost for all guests. Pricing for all other experiences is available on enquiry.
Can the concierge organise experiences for large groups?
Yes. Many of our experiences are well-suited to groups — including private dining, cocktail classes, cooking classes, clay making workshops, outdoor adventures and farmyard encounters. When enquiring, please let us know your group size so we can tailor the experience accordingly.
Is the concierge available for corporate retreats or wellness groups?
Absolutely. The Linnaeus Collection regularly hosts retreats, and the concierge offering is well suited to group wellness retreats, corporate team experiences and special celebrations. Experiences such as private yoga, cooking classes, outdoor adventures and fine dining can be combined to create a fully curated itinerary. Contact us to discuss a tailored retreat program.
How far in advance should I book concierge experiences?
We recommend booking as early as possible — particularly for private dining, chef experiences, horse riding and any multi-day outdoor adventures. Some experiences have limited availability, especially during peak periods. Enquiring at the time of your accommodation booking is ideal.
Where are the Linnaeus Collection properties located?
All properties are located in and around Berry, NSW, in the Southern Highlands and South Coast hinterland — approximately two hours south of Sydney. The collection includes Linnaeus Farm, Moraea Farm, Rubus Green, Rubus Blue, Rubus Pink, Maple on Edward and Maple of Albert.
