Farm-to-Table Philosophy – Our upcoming restaurant, Sara Dining at Moraea Farm, will source ingredients directly from our own orchards, gardens, and trusted local producers across the Shoalhaven. Every dish will tell the story of the region — its soil, its farmers, and its seasonal rhythm.

Native & Productive Landscapes – Across Linnaeus and Moraea Farms, native species sit alongside fruit trees, wildflowers, and vegetable gardens. These landscapes aren’t just beautiful — they are biodiverse, sustainable, and self-renewing.

Built to Endure – Each Linnaeus home has been constructed by Stark Building, a trusted local team led by lifelong Berry residents. Their craftsmanship ensures longevity and low maintenance, reducing material waste and preserving architectural integrity for decades to come.

Circular Collaboration – From repurposed materials to local sourcing, we work with artisans and suppliers who share our values of care, endurance, and respect for the environment.

Accessibility: Welcoming Every Guest

We believe beautiful design should be accessible to all.
Many of our homes are accessibility-friendly, designed with level access, wide pathways, and considered layouts to ensure comfort for guests of all abilities.

Through our long-standing relationship with Group Homes Australia (now operating under a new national care model), we host wellness retreats twice a year, creating safe, restorative spaces for guests living with disability and their carers.

These partnerships remind us that hospitality, at its best, is an act of inclusion.

We’re proud to collaborate with The Landscapists, AWB Plumbing Services, Shaun Jones Electrical, and Stark Building, who continue to construct and maintain our properties with exceptional craftsmanship and dedication.

Wandering Escapes is a key partner in shaping the guest experience — managing our bookings with warmth, professionalism, and a shared commitment to thoughtful hospitality.

Bree Starkey, whose family has long tended Berry’s farmland, leads our animal care and farming operations, continuing a proud legacy of land stewardship. Meanwhile, South Coast Kitchen Gardens and a network of local landscapers nurture our orchards, edible gardens, and flowering borders each week.
